Budget

Point Arena Schools are BASIC AIDE school districts and as such District revenues are derived from Property Taxes as well as State and Federal Grant funding. The School Board is firmly committed to maximizing and focusing all funding toward the attainment of the identified School District Goals.

Point Arena Schools District Goals 2006-2009
~ All Students will demonstrate grade level proficiency in English Language Arts and Mathematics
~ All District staff and students will continue building a “Learning Community” that values and supports learning at all ages and teaches appropriate behaviors and attitude which support and encourage learning.
~ The District will continue to improve and upgrade school facilities.
